About the Role:

Position: Nursery Nurse
Location: Dagenham, East London
Contract: Term time only, full-time
Start Date: September or ASAP
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualificationsKey Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the Nursery class, fostering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Support the development and learning of children through creative and engaging activities, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to plan and implement educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, ensuring that all equipment and materials are used appropriately.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a sense of community and belonging within the school.Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
Proven experience working with young children, preferably within a school or nursery setting.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
A patient, caring, and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for working with young children.What We Offer:
