Jonathan Lee Recruitment is seeking a collaborative and talented CMF Designer to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team on a 12-month contract. This role is based in London and offers a PAYE rate of £42.42 per hour (Inside IR35). 

As a CMF Designer, you will research and develop visual concept proposals with the company's Global Colour Group, providing a unique and innovative perspective.

In your first week in this CMF Designer role, you can expect to:

Effectively utilise the latest design tools to illustrate proposals
Research, develop and propose innovative materials or finishes with suppliers, increasing the feasibility level of advanced materials at a reduced cost
Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively whilst maintaining a high-level of visual presentation.

Technical awareness of relevant material manufacturing processes
Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent in Art & Design
Experience working within the automotive industry and awareness of the current industry trends
An organised, proactive, creative and innovative approach to work
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership & Project management skills essential.
Strong ability to constantly challenge and innovate in colour and materials
