We are currently hiring Teaching Assistants for both part-time and full-time positions. While full-time experience is not required, it is beneficial. However, having some understanding of special education needs is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with special education needs in their daily activities and learning tasks.
Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the social and emotional development of students.
Work alongside other professionals, including therapists and educational psychologists, to ensure the individual needs of students are met.
Monitor and track student progress, providing valuable feedback to the teacher and parents/guardians.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with special education needs students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
