Are you a skilled roofing professional with expereince working in Social Housing? We're seeking a dedicated Roofing Supervisor to join a company on their repairs/maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee roofing projects in social housing properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
Lead and motivate a team of roofers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Conduct thorough assessments of roofing needs, develop repair plans, and provide expert guidance on materials and techniques.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and housing authorities to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Maintain meticulous records of project progress, materials usage, and budget expenditures.
Requirements:

Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to roofing work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifcations:

Must have SSSTS
CSCS Card
Asbestos Awareness 
City & Guilds / NVQ - Roofing 
Driving License
