Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive personnel services, including training, travel coordination, compliance, and administrative support for corporate HR policies and initiatives.
Manage all HR documentation and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the HR team in onboarding new employees
Maintain thorough and accurate records of employee activities, including hires, terminations, work records, warnings, disputes, and meetings.
Handle various HR-related administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR role.
Exceptional administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.What We Offer:
