Senior Mechanical Services Project Manager- FM and small works

We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Services Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service at a leading research facility.
In this role, you will:
Lead the project life-cycle for mechanical services projects, from scoping to handover.
Manage project delivery relating to mechanical services including but not limited to Boilers, Chillers, AHU's, Lab Extract Systems, Steam distribution and refrigerant.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Oversee health & safety compliance and maintain a quality focus.
Collaborate with a diverse team of Site Managers, FM Managers, Designers, Sub contractors and Stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement and team development.You are a perfect fit if you have:
15-20 years of project management experience in mechanical services.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
