Introduction

As a Yacht Shipping Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the transportation and logistics aspects of yacht delivery. This is a part time, permanent position based in Warwick.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the shipping of yachts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
Oversee the entire vessel build lifecycle, from production to delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, procurement, and operations, to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the shipping process.
Work closely with external shipping partners and freight forwarders to organize transportation logistics.
Manage warehousing and storage facilities for yachts, ensuring adequate space and proper handling.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all shipping activities, including customs clearance and compliance.
Resolve any shipping-related issues or delays in a prompt and efficient manner.
Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

Experience in yacht deliveryand logistics, with a strong understanding of the vessel build lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries.
Proficiency in using shipping software and systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
