Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Fit Out Manager to oversee the successful execution of our various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

* Effectively communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.

* Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively implement solutions to overcome obstacles.

* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among project teams.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a fit out in the construction industry, preferably within central London.

* Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required).
