Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) - Minimum 4 Weeks

Shift Times:

Saturdays and Sundays
6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am
Pay Rate: £12 per hour (TBC)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic team at our distribution centre in Normanton, WF6. This is a fixed term contract (FTC) for a minimum of four weeks, with the potential for extension based on performance and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating the forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the distribution centre.
Ensuring the safe and efficient handling of products.
Conducting routine maintenance checks on the forklift.
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid, in-date, accredited FLT Counterbalance license.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating a forklift.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on weekends (either 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
