To fulfil specific duties associated with our production process. This may include the operation of one of our high speed bagging lines or forklift truck support to continuously service production lines.

* To fulfil specific duties associated with our Loading / Distribution process.

* This may include the movements of stock or the loading of heavy goods vehicles for dispatch.

* Provide cover for forklift driver or Shovel driver after adequate training.

* Full in-house training and support will be given to all operatives throughout their employment; all duties should be carried out in conjunction with the relevant safe systems of work and risk assessment.

Key accountabilities

* Forklift operation

* Accurately working to a supplied daily production plan.

* Ensure that all in process documentation is completed / up-to-date.

* Maintaining a consistent, high quality product, suitable for the retail market.

* Accurately working to a supply picking ticket. Ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety are maintained at all times.

* To ensure that the bagging lines are maintained on a regular basis.

* Optimise bagging line efficiencies.
