Our client, a standout player in the water industry, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee operations within the mechanical department. Taking a challenging yet rewarding role, you will be enhancing utility solutions across a broad spectrum of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems
Lead, develop, and mentor mechanical teams to ensure efficient operations
Manage schedules and resources for mechanical projects to ensure timely completion
Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency
Maintain close collaboration with other departments and stakeholders for project alignment
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, environmental and safety standards

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the mechanical field, particularly in water or related industries
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their applications in the water sector
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
