Are you an experienced Fabric Engineer looking for a new role?
Do you have experience in paint and decorating, carpentry, repairs, and maintenance?

About the role:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building fabric components- Fire Doors, Door Locks, Walls, Fixtures etc.
Painting, Decorating, Tiling and Plastering.
Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance requests.
Conduct repairs and replacements of building fabric elements as needed.
Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.What we require?
Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance practices and techniques.
Proficiency in conducting repairs and replacements of fabric elements.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence.Main Details:
Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer
Salary: £16.38 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)
Hours of Work: 8am - 4pm
