Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Didsbury, Manchester

Salary: Up to £100k (DOE) + Staff Benefits

Our client is a leading law practice with a strong reputation for excellence in providing comprehensive legal services. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients dynamic team in Didsbury. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

* Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law.

* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

* Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title documents and preparing reports on title.

* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.

* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

* Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases and transactions.

* Support business development activities, including networking and building relationships with potential clients.

* Keep abreast of changes in property law and ensure continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property law.

* Proven track record in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions

* Strong understanding of property law, including landlord and tenant law, planning law, and property finance.

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

* Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases.

* Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
