Senior Structural Engineer required

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a reputable Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, attending the Leytonstone office 3 days per week to work on new build and refurbishment projects.

Our client is looking for a Structural Engineer to play a crucial role in the design and analysis of various structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully coordinate teams and projects
Act as the point of contact for clients
Develop detailed designs
Analysing Structural components
Develop designs from scheme stages through to construction
Contribute to the development of more junior staff members
Attending project and client meetingsKey Requirements:

8 years' experience working as a Structural Engineer
Ability to coordinate teams and projects
A chartered Engineer status or working towards
Ability to be client facing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previously led the Structural Engineering delivery of projects
Ability to prepare bids and proposals
Able to make decisions and act on your own initiativeBenefits:
