Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the SK4 area of Stockport. This rewarding role involves working in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to provide 1:1 support for a student with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to the student, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Assist with the implementation of the student's individual education plan (IEP).
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and report on the student's progress to ensure they achieve their full potential.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with complex needs is highly desirable.
