We are working with an innovative company, based in Keighley, that is looking for an Administration Assistant to provide support in the company offices.
The role will consist of a variety of duties. The main task will be to engage with the customer base via both telephone and email, ideally getting back to all customer queries within 48 hours. You will also be tasked with general admin and organisation tasks as well as providing some additional support with the accounting function. The accounting is done via Xero, and although full training will be provided, it would be advantageous if you have some level of experience in an accounting role previously.
This is a temp to perm role, paying £12.00 initially, that will ideally lead to the position of Office Manager as the company continues to develop and grow.
Hours of work - 10am till 4pm Monday to Friday
