We are looking for an experienced Carpenter//Multi Trade in the Oxford area, working for a highly established company. This position is working on the remedial works team, within domestic properties on a permanent contract.

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Carpentry - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering
Patch tiling
Painting
The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

Have a Full UK Driving Licence
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
Some benefits the Carpenter/Multi Trade will receive:

£37,000 a year
5% Annual bonus
