04:00-13:00 or 13:00-22:00
Shift pattern – 5 on 3 off.
£13 per hour – weekly pay.
(Overtime available)
We are recruiting for a Transport Supervisor for a ever growing company in Avonmouth.
About the role:
* Strong ability to manage and motivate individuals
* Adhere to HR processes and procedures, including investigations and disciplinary meetings
* Set clear expectations for drivers and proactively address any concerns
* Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation
* Update and manage daily and weekly reports
About you:
* Be able to navigate potential vehicle issues or damages.
* Be a problem solver and make key decisions.
* Have strong communication skills.
