Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our dynamic Science Department. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the subject, capable of delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of varying abilities. Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and enables all students to achieve their best.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Stay updated with the latest developments in science education and integrate relevant advancements into the curriculum.

Qualifications and Experience

A relevant degree in Science or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching Science at secondary level.
A proven track record of raising attainment and achieving excellent results.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
