The Recruitment Group is looking for an Administrator.
As an Administrator you will be involved with ensuring the smooth operation of all Administration and Stock Control duties for the company.
If you are interested in the Administrator role, please read below.
Pay for an Administrator:
. £12.50 - £13.50 per hour. Weekly pay.
Hours for an Administrator:
. Monday to Friday 09:00 - 14:00 but can be flexible.
Responsibilities of an Administrator:
. Work closely with Operations Director to ensure efficient business administration including but not limited to labour for each week, job sheets, support adding in purchase orders and invoices from suppliers.
. Develop, maintain and keep up to date the company filing system and databases.
. Answer telephone calls and respond to requests for information via phone and email.
. Ensure the stock control is up to date and order in materials that are low in stock.
. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing appropriate systems of work for both office and site-based employees.
. Ensure the office is kept tidy and orderly.
. Support in keeping accreditation up to date and renewed annually.
. Support in completing award entries.
. Taking in deliveries and cross-checking deliveries note to order.
. Support in social media updates, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Required Skills:
. A personable communicator who works well in a busy environment, but also has the initiative to find work in quieter spells.
. Experience with office administration on behalf of a small team.
. Ability to organise and prioritise office requirements.
. A forward-looking individual who can come in with an eye to implement process & procedures.
. Great organisational and time-management skills
