We are recruiting for a Events Coordinator to join an established business based in the Dudley area working for a leading business. The Events Coordinator will have strong organisational and administration skills whilst overseeing elements of event planning securing venues and liaising with customers. This will be a varied role organising and coordinating events. Hours of work will be 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.

As the Events Coordinator you will be responsible for :

* Managing marketing events

* Coordinating between National sales managers, Area Sales Managers and marketing managers

* Preparing of budgets

* Booking event locations

* Managing and replying to emails

* Administration and filing documentation

* Coordinating and ordering of materials

* Coordinating invites, registrations and general communications

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an Events planning position

* Strong Administration skills

* Excellent organisational and coordination skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent time management

* Able to develop/deliver projects
