Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and comprehensive Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for Science.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
A degree in Science or a related subject.
Proven experience teaching Science at secondary school level.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest educational trends.
