As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will be playing a vital impact in the young educator’s school experience as well as enhance their knowledge and comprehension of the world in an adaptable manner to meet their needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis.

Summary of essential requirements:

Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, T Level in Education and Early Years. Must be qualified
Experience supporting children with additional needs or with an Educational Health Care plan within an education or care setting.
Excellent behavioural management skills (any training certificates such as Team Teach would be advantageous)
Proactive, confident, friendly, nurturing, and adaptable.
