Diabetes Nurse Prescriber

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Diabetes Nurse Prescriber to work with the South Sefton Diabetes Team based.
Key Responsibilities
*
You will provide expert diabetes management, including prescribing medications, and offering specialist care to patients in both clinic settings and during home visits.
*
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive diabetes care and support for patients in the community.
*
Initially, support and guidance will be provided via shadow shifts to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Position Details:
* Location: South Sefton
* Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
* Contract Duration: 3 Months Minimum
* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
* Nurse with experience in diabetes management and prescribing
* Ability to work in both clinic and community settings, including home visits
