They are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join their team and oversee a £30m scheme in Cheshire. The project involves the redevelopment of a prestigious estate for one of the highest net worth individuals in the UK.

The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of the project, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage the project from inception to completion.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradesmen, and on-site staff.
Health & Safety: Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Client Relations: Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to ensure their visions are realised.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projects.
