Nestled in the heart of Ringwood, our client is renowned for its warm hospitality, delicious home-cooked food, and vibrant atmosphere. They offer a variety of dining options, from hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, all complemented by lively events and sports screenings.

To thrive in this role, you will bring your love for creating delicious, freshly made food and your desire to lead a talented kitchen team.

Working Hours:

Sunday-Monday 9am - 4:30pm
Tuesday-Saturday: Evenings only
No Sunday evening shifts
No split shifts
No late evenings (last service at 7:30 PM)
Two consecutive days off
Are you the right person for the job?

Minimum of 5 years in food preparation and cooking, with proven leadership skills in a kitchen environment
Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie looking to step up
A deep love for food and a commitment to culinary excellence
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices
Ability to supervise and manage kitchen teams effectively

Consistently create dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation
Maintain excellent standards of food safety, health, and hygiene, along with efficient stock control
Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and skilled kitchen environment
Bring enthusiasm and passion for food, driving our kitchen operations to new heights
