We are looking for a Design Manager who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities and has a knack for creative problem-solving, is results driven and wants to be part of a team that really cares in delivering a top quality product.

This is a dynamic team where your voice matters. You will work alongside talented professionals in the Design/Technical, Commercial, and Customer Care teams, as well as the on-site production teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will be the go to person for design and be in a great position to progress into a Senior Design Manager role.
What's the role involve?
You are no doubt an accomplished Design Manager so we won't teach you suck eggs and list what your role will be. Obviously you will oversee the entire design process, reviewing land opportunities, providing planning support and value engineering but what you will need is experience of working in a Design / Technical team in a residential house-builder, ideally having held a manager role in the past. You will be skilled in using AutoCAD and have a detailed knowledge of the NHBC standards and Building Regulations. You will also be commercially minded, ambitious but approachable and friendly.
