Programme Administrator Responsibilities

Research, administration and monitoring general enquiries
Data handling
Complex diary and international travel management
Coordinating meetings and minuting
Communicating with and supporting administrative staff
Assisting with recruitment administration
Financial administration (invoicing, raising PO’s and handling expenses) using Oracle (full training can be provided)

Programme Administrator Experience Essentials

Our client is looking for a hands-on, positive, and proactive team player, this position would suit someone who enjoys rapport building and working within a people-oriented atmosphere. Previous administration or project support experience is essential, ideally within a higher education or University setting. Proficiency using MS Office, including Excel is required, and a Prince2 (or equivalent) qualification would be advantageous. Experience working in a dynamic, diverse and international team would also be helpful.

Programme Administrator Location

This role is full-time maternity cover contract for 12 months based in Central Oxford, although there is flexibility of some hybrid working.
