As a Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Making critical clinical decisions
Assessing and developing person-centered care plans
Providing safe nursing care, including administering medication and dressings
Managing residents' medical conditions
Helping and mentoring your team to create a safe environment for allPackage and Benefits:

The Staff Nurse role comes with a comprehensive package, including:

Be an experienced qualified nurse RGN, with up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
Be keen on developing yourself and others
Be able to build good close relationships with residents and their families
Be driven and determined to deliver continuous improvement
Be highly responsive under pressure
