Electrical Maintenance Engineer - £42,000 – Shepherds Bush
 
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious static site-based university contract in Shepherds Bush, London.
 
This is a great role for anyone with commercial electrical maintenance experience looking for a full-time role within a friendly engineering team.
 
**PERMANENT POSITION**
**£42,000 PER ANNUM**
+ LOTS OF OVERTIME OPPORTUNTIES – x1.5 & x2

Day to Day Duties

Electrical Faulting Finding
Lighting
Power Issues
Emergency lighting tests
Fire Alarm tests
Testing and Inspection
Minor Installation
AHU/FCU Maintenance
Assist with carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceQualifications/Requirements

Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance 
Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
