As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will*:
– Be able to build positive working relationships with clients and candidates
– Be driven to meet targets successfully
– Produce high quality outcomes for both candidates and clients
– Process paperwork necessary for the 360 role
– Be able to resource new leads of business and candidates
Working hours are 7am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will also be expected to partake in an on-call system for out of hours business needs.
