Job Role: Fire Door Surveyor

Location: Liverpool (Willing to travel)

Client: Our client has been operation for 50+ years. They are one of the country’s leading building contractors. Their business has continued to develop due to their commitment to excellence, client satisfaction and delivering outstanding projects.

Our client has developed the necessary resources, expertise, and extensive experience to handle a diverse range of construction projects effectively. Their capabilities span from designing and constructing large-scale multimillion-pound ventures in the private and commercial sectors to refurbishment and responsive works. The have their own Fire Stopping Division that offers full advisory, delivery and maintenance\ services.



Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

* Experienced with fire door surveying and regulations.

* Competent in measuring bespoke fire doors.

* Overseeing fire protection works to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.

* Support the training and development of maintenance teams to ensure that all work is completed using approved techniques.

* Documenting completed works.

* Assisting the director to build client relations.

* Fire stopping experience preferred but not essential

Skills/Requirements that are highly Desirable:

* Over 5 years’ experience in the Passive Fire Protection industry.

* Excellent knowledge of fire door regulations and installation.

* Qualifications with FDIS / BM Trada preferred but not essential

* Experience using Microsoft Office, One Trace, Bolster applications.

* Excellent communication.

* SSSTS and First Aid trained preferred but not essential
