Salary: up to £70,000 + package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Planning Engineer to join a leading main contractor who are renowned for their expertise in delivering major complex construction projects. They will join an experienced planning team on a notable project based in Central Manchester.

Reporting into the Planning Manager the Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the project schedule, ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced Planning Engineers and dynamic business that offer a great working environment, no limits on career progression and the support of an experienced and approachable team.

Duties

Create and maintain detailed project schedules
Track project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the project schedule and objectives.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, including earned value analysis, to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage the impact of design and construction changes on the project schedule, ensuring minimal disruption.
Offer

£50-70,000 per annum
