Lettings consultant- Brighton- £32,000pa plus 20% bonus

Are you an ambitious individual with previous Lettings negotiator experience, who is looking to join a dynamic company with huge expansion plans?

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Build to Rent Lettings consultant based at their new flagship site in Brighton. Your main responsibility will be to lease up the development and manage the lettings process from start to finish.

Your core duties will consist of:

• Screen all applicants, and complete pre-referencing.

• Lease a high volume of flats in this Build to Rent development.

• Ensuring complete compliance on the Lettings process.

• Uploading property details and property portal adverts.

• Confirm the viewings diary and conduct all of the viewings.

• Be responsible for ensuring that all of the show flats and communal areas are presentable each day.

• Ensure that you report back to the Lettings Manager each day.

• Stick to tight deadlines and ensure that you complete all tasks efficiently.

This is a great role for someone who is looking for an exciting challenge and to embed themselves in part of a successful company and hit the ground running. You will have the opportunity to progress hugely and develop into management position at pace. This company are acquiring lots of new sites in the city this year, so it is a great chance to be at the heart of something new.

I am searching for the following skillset/ experience:

• Exceptional customer service experience, and great written and verbal communication skills.

• Build to Rent experience is strongly advised.

• Computer literate

• Sales experience would be beneficial
