Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of Reception pupils.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure all students achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, contributing to the school's ongoing improvement.
