R13 Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-known Norfolk business in their search for a Receptionist to join them on a temporary basis until the 20th September 2024. The purpose of your role will be to welcoming visitors, dealing with any general enquiries via phone, email or in person and providing administrative support.

This is a temporary role, covering 1 week, working 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this role is £11.44 per hour. You will be paid for training and handover.

The day to day:

* Providing friendly and welcoming environment, greeting guests as they enter.

* Handling any general enquiries that arise via phone, email or in-person.

* Overseeing the email inbox.

* Providing general administrative support to the business.

* Handling incoming and outgoing post.

You will have/be:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Good administration skills.

* Confident in delivering a high standard of customer service.

* Organised with the ability to plan & prioritise workload effectively.

* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages.

* Friendly & positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
