Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentors to work in a Primary and Secondary Schools in the Sandwell area. This school requires this individual to be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff.

The successful candidates will be enthused by making a difference to the lives of young people. If you like a challenge where everyday is different then this may be the perfect role for you. No two days are the same working within Education & the impact you have on each young persons life can be life changing in many ways.

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:

· Previous experience working with SEN

· A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

· Experience working with children who have learning difficulties

· Confidence to lead a small intervention group (various core subject lessons)

· Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
