As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role alongside the Technical Manager driving, managing & maintaining quality systems along with the day to day management of the Quality team.
Roles responsibilities:
* Maintenance of the HACCP system
* Motivate and continuously improve the Food Safety and Quality culture
* Auditing the factory environment
* Working with customers during audits and visits
* Root cause analysis of serious incidents and corrective actions
What you will need to have:
* Level 3 in Food Safety and HACCP
* Previous experience in managing a Quality team
* Previously dealt with the major retailers
* Expertise in HACCP, BRC, Food
* High risk experience
