Day to Day:

To oversee repair works on housing where materials have been used incorrectly and need replacing.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Good general knowledge of building and construction
Ability to assess the quality of work and liaise with contractors on site
Hold weekly site meetings reviewing the project progress
IT literacy and excellent communication skills
Ability to write a report to evidence the project progress
Full UK Driving Licence
