We are searching for an experienced and motivated individual to spearhead our client's business growth and expansion. Our client are a leading mechanical and electrical services business providing reactive maintenance and PPM across the UK. With an attractive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 per year plus the potential to earn up to £80k with commission, this is an opportunity worth exploring

🏢 Our client offers flexible and remote working, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space. However, occasional visits to client sites may be required for meetings and consultations.

📈 As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our client's success by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise and strategic thinking will make a significant impact on the organisation.

Responsibilities:

🌐 Conduct market research, network, and prospect to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Experience:

🌟 Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.

💼 Previous experience within Property Maintenance is essential.
