We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our client as an Associate Director to lead their Building Structures team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive the growth and success of their structural engineering division. As Associate Director, you will play a key role in strategic planning, project delivery, team leadership, and client engagement.

As Associate Director you will be leading a team delivering a range of projects including data centres, museums, energy storage and education with current project values up to £150m.

What You Need To Succeed
Lead and manage the Building Structures Team, ensuring high standards of technical excellence and project delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the Structural Engineering division.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and integrated project solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Chartered with IStructE or ICE.
MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
