This unique Registered Nurse position is in a brand-new home, commissioned by one of the UK’s leading care home providers. You will be joining a highly skilled and compassionate team that has your welfare and interests at heart.

Liaising with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
Assessing and developing person-centred care plans

Building good relationships with residents and their families
We are looking for a qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin. You’ll also have prior nursing experience in a care home setting.
