We’re partnering with an exciting Farnham based professional services business growing their Telesales team and looking to find motivated, positive-thinking, and determined people to join as Telesales Executives.
The Telesales team is responsible for making contact with customers and client to discuss the services they offer.
As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be fully trained, not only in selling techniques but also in the details of the business so you have a full armoury to take to the market and start your career in sales.
You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone, and outside of peak call times, you’ll issue sales packs and agreements to customers, keep the customer database fully up-to-date with notes of all contact made, and liaise with internal teams to handover customer details for efficient after-sales care and processing.
