Gleesons has been exclusive partnered with a Freight business looking for a Inside Sales Professional This Opportunity would be best fitted to a professional looking to further grow in a Growing SME business.

Job Title: Freight Pricing Coordinator.

Salary: £30 - £35,000 + Commission

OTE first year £40,000

Locations: Manchester

Communicate with clients to understand freight needs and build strong relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide accurate and competitive freight quotes and negotiate terms to secure profitable business within customer budgets.
Stay informed about company services, articulate value propositions, and differentiate from competitors.
Create compelling sales presentations, highlight service benefits, and assist with accurate order processing.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth freight movements and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Conduct market research, provide feedback on market trends, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximise revenue.
Set and achieve sales targets, adjust strategies based on market conditions, and stay updated on industry regulations.
Participate in ongoing training programs and effectively use sales management software and CRM systems.Ideal Candidate :
