Join our dynamic and fast-paced team as a Warehouse Operative We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our client's expanding warehouse operations in Petersfield. This is a temporary position.
At our client's warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all products are handled and stored efficiently and accurately. Your main responsibilities will include operating a pallet truck and safely moving goods to the designated storage areas. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a dedicated team that strives to maintain the highest standards of productivity and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a pallet truck to move goods within the warehouse
Safely storing products in the designated storage areas
Ensuring accurate stock checks and inventory control
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles as required
Following all health and safety procedures at all timesWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience operating a pallet truck is not essential but preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and reliable with an excellent work ethic
Able to work the late shift, from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to FridayWorking for our client, you will receive a competitive hourly rate ranging from £12 to £13 per hour, based on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and friendly team who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
This position is conveniently located in Petersfield, with the office being just a short 16-minute walk from Petersfield train station. The location ensures easy access to public transportation options for your convenience.
