Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the development and growth of children in the school's care. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can learn through play and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a range of activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with a team of practitioners to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Attend training and professional development sessions as required.Requirements:
A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care, or equivalent).
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting.
A deep understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, positive, and flexible attitude.
