Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team of warehouse personnel dedicated to delivering exceptional incoming goods, storage, and dispatch services to our valued customers. This role demands a combination of speed and accuracy, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Operative, you will work closely with a team, adhering to strict timelines and quality standards. Flexibility in shift work and access to transportation are essential for this role.

Shift Time: (Apply online only), 4 on 4 off, Monday-Sunday

Duties:

·Execute plans for incoming goods, storage, and dispatch with efficiency.

·Prioritize health and safety for yourself and team members.

·Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and safety.

·Assist Operations Manager with query resolution and inventory checks.

·Conduct precise cycle counts and stocktakes.

·Maintain the highest standards of product and service quality.

·Adhere strictly to quality procedures and targets.

·Undertake reasonable duties assigned by management.

·Support and comply with the company’s Quality Policy and objectives.

·Ensure safe handling of materials during loading, unloading, and transportation.

·Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

GCSE Level in English and Maths or equivalent- Desirable

Current Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance) -Essential

Current Forklift Truck Licence (VNA) - Desirable

Knowledge and Experience:

·Experience within a warehouse environment- Essential

·Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Desirable

·Ability to make effective decisions. Essential

·Willingness to question, challenge, and improve processes. Essential

·High level of honesty and integrity Essential

·Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances. Essential

·Resilience under pressure while following correct procedures. Essential
