A market leading mechanical manufacturing company based in Portsmouth are currently recruiting a Quality Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for measuring high precision components using hand held tools such as Verniers, Callipers, micrometres and the use of specialist measuring equipment including Coordinate Measuring machines and other cutting edge measurement tools.
To be considered for the position of Quality Inspector candidates will have a proven background in precision inspection and ideally within a highly regulated environment such as Aerospace, Automotive, Marine etc. Any previous use of CMM equipment would also be highly advantageous.
This role is Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30 and Friday 07:30 to 12 noon
