The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is a remote-based position, with travel to customer sites as required. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our ERP solutions, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of our clients and drive their business success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements.

* Lead the planning, design, and execution of ERP implementation projects.

* Configure ERP systems to align with client business processes.

* Provide expert guidance and training to clients on ERP functionalities.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.

* Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and consultancy.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on finance modules.

* Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

* Excellent project management skills.

* Ability to analyse and solve complex problems.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desirable:

* Professional certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

* Experience in a consultancy role.

* Knowledge of the latest ERP technologies and trends.
