A growing and multi-award-winning business in Didcot are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team This role will oversee a wide range of generalist HR activities but will also have an involvement in programs and projects.

HR Advisor Responsibilities:

As the HR Advisor your key duties will include:

* Maintain and update HR documents, policies and procedures

* Stay updated on employment law and best practice

* Collaborate with finance on workforce information and payroll

* Generate and manage employment contracts

* Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle

* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews

* Contribute to HR policy development and coordinate learning & development events

* Ensure compliance with health and safety policy and GDPR

HR Advisor Experience

This position would suit someone who has demonstrable experience in a similar HR Generalist position with broad ranging skills across the full range of HR activities. Experience leading and managing an emerging talent program or early careers program would be advantageous and this would suit someone who has an interest in employee wellbeing. Ideally CIPD Level 5 or above, however experience is preferred. This position needs someone who is a confident communicator, has strong interpersonal skills and is organised, independent and trustworthy
